LIGHT BLUE AND WHITE PAINTED FLOOR WITH SEAHORSES

This floor was formerly dark brown but now, with its light blue and white colorway and a small entry graced with facing seahorses, it’s fits perfectly with the rest of the residence. This piano was originally off-white with painted gold accents. To give it a fun playful yet elegant look, the piano was painted a silver metallic with black designs and beautiful silver blue eyes, giving it a beautiful feminine appearance as well.

Even upon close inspection, this wall of painted travertine is imperceivable from the actual travertine in the lobby of this hotel.
FAUX MARBLE PILLARS

These two faux marble pillars flanking the entrance to this room give it a formal feel. In addition, the frames of the doors are wood grained to match the existing woodwork.
MARBLED FIREPLACE
Beverly Hills, CA
This fireplace is a combination of both actual marble and faux work on the same piece. The raised carved areas are actually applied moldings. These moldings were hand painted to blend perfectly with the flat pieces of the actual marble giving the fireplace the look of a carved marble fireplace surround.

It was not possible to have to windows and doors of this room manufactured in the wood the rest of the room is paneled in. So, wood graining was necessary to tie the room together.
